Know Your Numbers DC (KYNDC) is a black men’s health project in partnership with the Anacostia Coordinating Council and Martha’s Table. KYNDC provides curated services that are designed with your well-being in mind, offering a comprehensive approach to men’s health that is both accessible and empowering.

Transformers DC

Transformers DC, in partnership with Anacostia Coordinating Council & the Department of Behavioral Health, educates youth about the dangers of opioid use, strategies for prevention, and how to make better decisions for the future.

The ACC Transformers ROPE program offers youth ages 12-18 from Wards 7 & 8 opportunities to engage in a range of exciting activities, including: day trips, opportunities to make new friends, leadership development activities, career-building workshops, opioid and drug awareness sessions, and more.

Optimal Health Outcomes (OHO) East of the River Initiative

Optimal Health Outcomes East of the River Initiative (OHOER) mission is to advance the health of its community through data-driven strategic planning; coordinating, leveraging and supporting community wide health and social service organizational assets; and establishing effective collaborations with DC Health/ DC Government. OHOER’s single focus is to enhance the health of the residents of our community.
